We accept credit card payment within the UK only.

We accept Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard Credit, Mastercard Debit, Visa Electron, Maestro and JCB.

When you receive confirmation of order, this indicates we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract exists between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, or we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are out of stock or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price or any other reason which affects your order, we will always contact you first to ensure that any changes are acceptable.

Shipping And Handling

CHOCOLATES: Chocolates are sold by weight, volume or by value and shipping costs may vary accordingly.
All items will be sent by 2nd class post or by parcel post dependent upon weight or the amount in value of the order. Some orders may be sent by 1st class post at our discretion.
Estimated despatch times, within 7 calendar days. All items are subject to availability and this therefore may affect delivery times. Orders under £40 (excluding P&P) postage charged is £4.50.

Delivery & Back Orders

We will normally despatch your order to you within 7 calendar days subject to stock being available. Some of our products may be out of stock. To ensure freshness we may have to make the items you have ordered. We will notify you if we cannot despatch your order within 7 calendar days.

You must inform us within two working days of the delivery date if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.

You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.
